Maternal grandparents are Linda and Russell Rich of Marion. Maternal great-grandparents are the late Raymond and Hazel McGregor and the late Louise Rich and Roy Rich.

Paternal grandparents are Christine and Bill Johnson of rural Bonnie. Paternal great-grandparents are Marion and Charles Thierry of rural Belle Rive and the late Bernice and Harry Johnson of rural Ina.
