MT. VERNON — Isabella Ruth Forby was born at 8:23 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2009, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, Mo.

She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Isabella is the daughter of Bruce and Brittany Forby of Mt. Vernon.

Maternal grandparents are Rick and Susan Bullock of Mt. Vernon and Terry Morgan of Mt. Vernon. Maternal great-grandparents are Phyllis and the late Don Sanders of Mt. Vernon, Jimmie and Stella Strain of Bonnie and the late Lewis and Opal Morgan of Mt. Vernon. Maternal great-great-grandparent is Mary Adams of Mt. Vernon.

Paternal grandparents are Randy and Starlyn Forby of Mt. Vernon. Paternal great-grandparents are Lois and the late Orville Forby of Makanda and the late Frank and Jennie Thompson of Mt. Vernon. Paternal great-great-grandmother is Edith Felts of Makanda.

Isabella is also blessed to be a fifth generation on both sides of the family.
