All severe weather warnings have passed at this time. A tornado watch for Jefferson County remains in effect until 6 p.m.
The National Weather Service in Paducah, Ky., issued a tornado warning for Franklin, Hamilton and Saline Counties until 12 p.m., which has now expired. Radar indicated rotation that could become a tornado, and a funnel cloud was spotted in West Frankfort.
