Arrests

• Lucinda K. Phillips, 45, of Woodlawn, was arrested Tuesday on an out of state  warrant.
• Morris A. McGee, 47, of the 4100 block of Willow Springs, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $1,500.
