Arrests

Jack R. Heinrich, 30, of Texico, was arrested Friday at 1:55 a.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended/revoked license.

John R. Moore, 39, Royal Inn, Mt. Vernon, was arrested Thursday at 5:49 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandy N. Pierce, 27, of the 7700 block of North Matisse Lane, was arrested at 11:29 a.m. Thursday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of 5-20 cannabis plants, possession of methamphetamine, casual delivery of cannabis and possession of meth manufacturing material.

Matthew W. Pierce, 35, of the 7700 block of North Matisse Lane, was arrested at 11:29 a.m. Thursday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of 5-20 cannabis plants, possession of methamphetamine, casual delivery of cannabis and possession of meth manufacturing material.

Thefts

Friday at 7:51 a.m., police responded to a report of theft of cable services in the 1000 block of South Seventh Street.

Incidents

Police responded to a report of animal abuse at 1:32 p.m. Friday in the 2400 block of Wescott. A dog was possibly poisoned by antifreeze, a resident stated.

10:28 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of a window broken out of a residence in the 400 block of Herbert Street.

Friday at 1:57 a.m., police responded to a report that eggs, ketchup and mustard were spread all over a residence, vehicles and a yard in the 800 block of Airport Road.

Police responded to a report that someone threw rocks at a vehicle in the 4000 block of Willow Springs at 2:53 a.m. Friday.

Friday at 7:38 a.m., police responded to a report that ketchup was thrown on a vehicle in the 900 block of South 23rd Street.

10:08 a.m. Friday, police responded to a report that a vehicle was egged in the 900 block of South 21st Street.

Police responded to a report that soda was thrown on a vehicle in the 800 block of Columbia Avenue at 11:19 a.m. Friday.

Arrests

Keith N. Brown, 25, of Chicago, was arrested Thursday at 12:06 p.m. on a charge of contempt of court.

Nicole M. Thurman, 25, of Chicago, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. Thursday on charges of contempt of court and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, park or church.

Incidents

Police responded to a report of a 3-wheeler and a dirt bike riding in the roadway in the 1100 block of North Poplar Street in Bluford at 11:43 a.m. Friday.

5:04 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of 3- and 4-wheelers riding in the roadway in the 900 block of West Fifth Street in Bluford.
