Arrests

James G. Peterson, 49, of the 2200 block of Casey Avenue, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of criminal trespass to residence/person present.

Faye A. Buford, 49, of the 700 block of Forest Avenue, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. Wednesday on charges of aggravated battery/public place and possession of cannabis/less than 2.5 grams.

Stephen McCary, 26, of the 300 block of Jordan Street, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $1,000 and McCary was released.

Frederick Smith, 22, of the 1100 block of South 13th Street, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of contempt of court. Bond was set at $2,000 and Smith was released.

Thefts

An employee of Hucks Travel Center reported to police at 2:37 p.m. Wednesday that someone drove off without paying for $28.75 worth of fuel.

A report was made at 8:29 a.m. Thursday that money had been stolen at Southtown Youth Center.

Police received a report at 1:36 p.m. Thursday that someone drove off without paying for fuel at Rons One Stop Phillips 66-West.

vvAn employee of Radio Shack reported to police at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday that phones had been stolen from the business.

A report was made at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday that someone drove off without paying for $2 worth of fuel at Harpers Service Station.

Police received a report at 12:47 p.m. Wednesday that forgery occurred in the 1000 block of South Sixth Street.

Incidents

An employee of Rons BP-South reported at 12:31 a.m. Wednesday that a fight was in progress inside the store and one subject was armed with a flashlight.

A report was made at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday that a car was damaged while parked at Burger King on South 10th Street.

Police received a report at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday that someone was attacked by another subject at Wal-Mart.

Arrests

Scott L. Fowler, 31, of the 1200 block of South 26th Street, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of manufacture/deliver cannabis/30-500 grams. Bond was set at $10,000 and Fowler was released.

Jamie A. Bailey, 31, of Wayne City, was arrested at 7:01 a.m. Thursday on an in-state warrant. Bond was set at $2,000 and Bailey was released.

Billy R. Allen, 47, of Harrisburg, was arrested at 12:41 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of contempt of court. Bond for Allen has been set at $1,500.

Terry B. Smith, 48, of the 600 block of Fairfield Road, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday on an in-state warrant. Bond was set at $7,500 and Smith was released.

David L. Talbert, 50, of the 2200 block of Casey Avenue, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. Friday on an in-state warrant. Bond for Talbert has been set at $5,000.

Allan M. Schlieper, 26, of the 400 block of East North Street in Bluford, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. Friday on an in-state warrant. Bond for Schlieper has been set at $50,000.

Eric M. Clark, 25, of Salem, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. Sunday on an in-state warrant. Bond was set at $5,000 and Clark was released.

Justin R. Marlowe, 24, of the 720 block of South 24th Street, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. Sunday on a charge of contempt of court. Bond was set at $2,000 and Marlowe was released.

Kaelin S. Karnes, 19, of the 1200 block of South 25th Street, was arrested at 4:59 p.m. Monday on charges of contempt of court and driving while license suspended/revoked. Bond for Karnes has been set at $3,000.

Thefts

A resident in the 19400 block of East Swan Road reported at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday that they came home to find their house had been forced into through a back door.

A resident in the 300 block of South Hayse Avenue in Bonnie reported at 7:56 p.m. Tuesday that a scanner had been stolen from their garage the previous night.

A report was made at 12:27 p.m. Wednesday that a residence was broken into in the 20100 block of East Base Line Road in Texico.

A resident in the 900 block of West Lincoln Street in Dix reported at 6:02 p.m. Sunday that items had been stolen from their house.

A report was made at 9:16 a.m. Monday that a theft occurred at Colonel Pete’s.

Incidents

A report was made at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday that criminal damage to property occurred in the 22900 block of East Divide Road in Bluford.

A report was made at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday that a window was broken out of the township building on North Meseke Lane in Bluford.
