Arrests
- Shaquille Rollins, 19, 400 block of South 17th Street, was arrested at 8 p.m. Friday on a charge of obstructing justice. He posted bond and was released.
- Melinda Lockhart, 46, 3400 block of Westmont, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. Saturday on a charge of driving under the influence. She posted bond and was released.
- Michael McKinney, 36, 800 block of South 21st Street, was arrested at 5 p.m. Saturday on a charge of retail theft. He posted bond and was released.
- Ryan Stratton, 30, 1500 block of East Fairfield Road, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. Monday on a charge of domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,000.
- Jerald Ellis, 20, of the 2900 block of Brownsville Road, was arrested at 2:07 a.m. Monday on a charge of driving while license suspended. He posted bond and was released.
Incidents
- A male caller told police at 9:06 p.m. Friday that he was jumped by a group of males at the intersection of South 25th and Jones streets.
- Thefts
- An employee of Casey’s on Salem Road told police at 3:30 p.m. Saturday that he was robbed at gunpoint sometime Friday night at the business.
- A loss prevention officer from Kroger’s made a report to police at 2:48 p.m. Friday involving a floral theft that occurred at the store the previous day. A loss prevention officer from Kmart reported at 4 p.m. Saturday that a male subject was in custody for shoplifting.
- A male caller told police at 1:17 p.m. Sunday that a stereo had been taken from his vehicle.
- A female caller reported at 7 p.m. Sunday the theft of a Playstation 2 unit from a business in the 1400 block of Salem Road.
- Fires
- Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 5 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of Salem Road. Fire personnel cleared the scene at 5:25 p.m., reports state.

Arrests
- Samantha Payne, 22, of the 2200 block of Cherry Street, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. Friday on charges of violation of bail bond, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstruction/destroying evidence. Bail was set at $50,000.
- Anthony Shepherd, 27, of the 700 block of Main Street, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. Friday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $20,000.
- Ortilio Morales, 29, of the 1400 block of White Street, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. Friday on a charge of theft under $300. He posted bond and was released.
- Ray Delatore, 69, Texico, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Friday on a charge of criminal sexual assault.
- Noah Messengill, 29, Newbern, N.C., was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Saturday on a charge of violation of security agreement.
- Jose Gomez, 35, Honduras, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. Saturday on a charge of violation of security agreement.
- Chelsea Tysinger, 24, St. Roberts, Mo., was arrested at 10:19 p.m. Saturday on a charge of security transportation services.
Incidents
- An anonymous caller told police at 10:29 p.m. Saturday that three gunshots were heard at the end of North Woodlawn Lane.
- A male reported at 3:27 p.m. Sunday that four subjects on four-wheel drive vehicles were causing property damage in the 13000 block of Oakton Road.
Thefts
- A male subject told police that he traded his truck for a motorcycle some time before 8:37 a.m. Monday and when he returned home the motorcycle was gone.
