Arrests

Paul E. Wilson, 27, of Marshall, was arrested Thursday at 4:12 p.m. on a charge of contempt of court. Wilson was released.

Incidents

Thursday at 5:13 p.m., police responded to a report of a cable wire downed on North McCauley Lane.

Arrests

Justin D. Kimpel, 24, of the 100 block of Aspen Drive, was arrested Thursday at 8:35 a.m. on a charge of domestic battery.

Dewayne A. Moore, 18, of the 900 block of South 20th Street, was arrested Friday at 12:27 a.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended/revoked license. Bond was set at $1,000 and Moore was released.

Thefts

Friday at 8:14 a.m., police responded to a report of a theft at the Wal-Mart Super Center. A purse was stolen, according to police reports.

Police responded to a report of a theft Thursday at 7:29 p.m. in the 1100 block of Gaskins Avenue. Jewelry was stolen from a residence, according to police reports.

Thursday at 7:48 p.m., police responded to a report of a theft at NuBowl. A bicycle was stolen, according to police reports.
