Arrests

Quantis M. Harris, 28, of the 600 block of Lamar Avenue, was arrested Sunday at 5:44 a.m. on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $7,500.

James E. Williams, 41, of the 1000 block of George Street, was arrested Sunday at 4:15 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence, fleeing police and no driver’s license/ permit. Bond was set at $3,000.

Tyrone J. Alexander, 39, of the 600 block of East Broadway, was arrested Friday at 5:24 a.m. on two charges of theft of labor/services/property and a charge of resisting a peace officer. Bond was set at $25,000.

LaShawn D. Golliday, 37, of the 100 block of East Richview Road, was arrested Friday at 4:03 a.m. on a charge of theft. Bond was set at $1,000.

Charles C. Monaghan, 49, of the 1700 block of Cherry Street, was arrested Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. on a charge of aggravated battery in a public place. Bond was set at $10,000.

Sandra Keen, 23, of Kell, was arrested Saturday at 2:41 p.m. on a charge of retail theft. Bond was set at $1,000.

Nikko D. Branch, 18, of the 1000 block of South 25th Street, was arrested Thursday at 2:42 a.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended/ revoked license. Bond was set at $2,000.

Coleone G. Hawkins, 29, of the 700 block of South 15th, was arrested Wednesday at 1:32 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespass to state land. Bond was set at $1,000.

Terry D. Page, 45, of Wayne City, was arrested Wednesday at 10:41 p.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended/revoked license. Bond was set at $1,000 and Page was released.

Mark J. Schrader, 18, of the 2000 block of Richview Road, was arrested Wednesday at 10:09 p.m. on a charge of possession of cannabis. Bond was set at $1,000 and Schrader was released.

Thefts

Monday at 2:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a theft in the 1500 block of Paula Drive. Multiple items were stolen from a shed, according to police reports.

Police responded to a report of a theft at Ron’s BP West Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Someone drove off without paying for $16.42 in gasoline, according to police reports.

Police responded to a report of a theft at Ron’s BP West Sunday at 11:18 p.m. Someone drove off without paying for $38.44 in gasoline, according to police reports.

Incidents

Monday at 6:41 a.m., police responded to a report of a burglary at Life’s Little Perks Boutique and Coffee Shop. There was forced entry to the business, according to police reports.

Monday at 10:05 a.m., police responded to a report of property damage at King Barbacoa Restaurant. A window was broken overnight, according to police reports.

Monday at 10:36 a.m., police responded to a report of property damage at the Wal-Mart Super Center. A customer’s vehicle was damaged, according to police reports.

Sunday at 11:20 p.m., police responded to a report of property damage in the 2200 block of Cherry Street. A lock on an outer door of a residence was forced open, according to police reports.

Arrests

Dustin W. Mannen, 24, of Waltonville, was arrested Friday at 2:37 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $2,000 and Mannen was released.

Michael B. Frost, 29, of the 1400 block of North Vale Street, was arrested Wednesday at 3:34 p.m. on a charge of contempt of court. Bond was set at $250 and Frost was released.

Thefts

Sunday at 8:04 a.m., police responded to a report of a theft in the 14800 block of East Saddle Club Road, Bonnie. Someone stole items from a motor vehicle, according to police reports.

Sunday at 8:33 a.m., police responded to a report of a theft in the 6000 block of Spring Garden Lane, Bonnie. Items were stolen from a motor vehicle, according to police reports.

Sunday at 9:06 a.m., police responded to a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle in the 14000 block of East Loyola Lane.

Sunday at 11:08 a.m., police responded to a report of a theft in the 15000 block of North Loyola Lane. A shed was broken into, according to police reports.

Saturday at 9:52 a.m., police responded to a report of a theft in the 9300 block of North Illinois Highway 15. A trailer was stolen from Southern Illinois Outdoor Equipment, according to police reports.

Friday at 11:45 a.m., police responded to a report of a theft on East Liberty Road. A barricade sign from the west end of Liberty Lane was stolen, according to police reports.

Incidents

Monday at 9:37 a.m., police responded to a report of a burglary in the 17200 block of East Illinois Highway 142, Opdyke. A refrigerator was stolen from a residence, according to police reports.

Sunday at 3:06 p.m. on North Illinois Highway 378 in Dix, police responded to a report of mischievous conduct. Two juveniles north of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church were shooting bb guns at motor vehicles, according to police reports.

Sunday at 8:33 a.m., police responded to a report of criminal damage to property at Grace Community Church. Ruts from tires were found in the yard in the morning, according to police reports.

Friday at 9:39 a.m., police responded to a report of a burglary in the 7700 block of North Goshen Lane. A tractor radio, cash and other items were stolen from a residence, according to police reports.

Friday at 4:42 a.m., police responded to a report of a burglary alarm in the 17200 block of East Illinois Highway 142, Opdyke. An unauthorized person entered Lomax and Sons Mobile Home Sales, but did not take anything, according to police reports.

Accidents

Police responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident Sunday, Dec. 20 at 7:14 p.m. on Homer Street in Bluford. Stephen G. Ramsey, 49, of Bluford, was driving south bound on Homer Street when he lost control of his vehicle, hit a stump and became stuck in a ditch on the east side of the road. Ramsey was transported to St. Mary’s Good Samaritam Hospital. No other injuries were reported.
