Kelsy L. Wix, 19, of the 14600 block of North Paul Lane, Bluford, was arrested Friday on a charge of retail theft. Bond was set at $1,000 and Wix was released.
William R. Hawkins, 55, of the 17000 block of East Ranch Road, was arrested Friday on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $3,000 and Hawkins was released.
Benjamine X. Stuckey, 22, of the 700 block of South 15th Street, was arrested Friday on charges of aggravated domestic battery by strangulation and unlawful restraint. Bond was set at $80,000.

Incidents
A vehicle was found damaged Sunday in the 400 block of Castleton Avenue. The woman filing the report also told police she found two large rocks near the car.
A window to a car was damaged with a rock in the 300 block of South Fifth Street, according to police reports filed Saturday morning.
