Arrests
Amanda D. Mousette 24, of the 300 block of North Fifth Street, was arrested at 8:12 p.m. Wednesday on charges of retail theft and violation of bail bond.
n Broche L. Taylor, 36, of the 1700 block of Perkins Avenue, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. Thursday on charges of endangering the life/safety of a child, disorderly conduct and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. Bail was set at $3,000.
Incidents
A man told police at 11:47 p.m. Wednesday that he was flagged down in the 1900 block of Broadway by a subject who allegedly had been battered by several subjects. The suspects fled eastbound on Broadway in a vehicle, according to police logs.
n A woman reported she was allegedly battered at 11:49 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of South 20th Street.
Thefts
A woman who lives in the 500 block of Jay Drive told police at 10 a.m. Wednesday that she was the victim of identify theft.
n A caller told police at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday that his mother's residence in the 1000 block of South 12th Street had been burglarized.
n Loss prevention officials at Kroger told police at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday that a female was in custody for shoplifting.

Andrew W. Kaufman, 21, Bluford, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of violation of bail bond. Bail was set at $10,000.
n Matia D. Tarrence, 25, Benton, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. Thursday on a charge of violation of bail bond. Bail was set at $5,000.
