MT. VERNON — — Clarification

An arrest made of Brett Gregory, 52, of Waltonville on Aug. 17 was from an outstanding warrant issued on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked, stemming from an incident in March in which Gregory was  charged with driving under the influence and his license was suspended.
