Corrinna D. Blanchard, 23, Watson, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Thursday on a charge of retail theft.
William R. Haynes, 41, of the 300 block of Castleton Avenue was arrested at 6:12 p.m. Thursday on a charge of violation of an order of protection.
Susan Panzier, 46, of the 300 block of Castleton Avenue was arrested at 7:18 p.m. Thursday on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Incidents
An officer was flagged down at 8:14 a.m. Thursday by someone reporting a door kicked in and a window broken out of an apartment in the 1500 block of South Ninth Street.
A male and female were taken into custody at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Castleton Avenue following a fight in which the two parties allegedly were trying to stab each other.
Thefts
Loss prevention officials from Walmart reported at 1:14 p.m. Thursday that a female was in custody for alleged shoplifting.
An employee of a business in the 6100 block of South 42nd Street told police at 8:14 p.m. Thursday that two females took three packages of toilet paper from a sidewalk sale in front of the business.

Accidents
Police received multiple calls of a pickup that allegedly flipped over on its side at 4:50 p.m. Thursday on Interstate 64 at the 67 mile marker. Woodlawn Fire Department and Litton’s Ambulance Service responded, but no injuries were reported.
Following the interstate accident the driver of the pickup caused another motorist to go off the road at 5:08 p.m. in the 14000 block of North Woodlawn Lane when mud landed on a motorist’s windshield. The driver of the pickup was ticketed for no insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Both lanes of Illinois 15, one mile east of the Mt. Vernon Airport, were shut down for about an hour Thursday night when a motorist ran off the highway due to inclement weather. No injuries were reported.
