Two vehicles were in an accident Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Illinois Highway 148 and Wells Bypass. One passenger was in a car and two passengers were in a truck that struck each other near the intersection, said Jefferson Fire Protection District Lt. Ernie Collins. JFPD rescue personnel, Mt.
