MT. VERNON — — Bearded Lady Tattoo Parlor owner Chris Quidgeon presented Relay for Life Staff Partner Tavia Vasicek with a donation of $2,000 on Thursday. The funds were raised between Quidgeon’s three businesses, Bearded Lady in Mt. Vernon, Daddyos in Centralia and the Evermore Gallery in Edwardsville. The Relay for Life of Jefferson County kickoff will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Feb. 21 at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center in the Mother Odelia Room, Vasicek said, and the annual event will be held June 14 at Mt. Vernon Township High School.
