Three people were transported to the hospital Monday afternoon for treatment of injuries following an accident involving a motorcycle and a truck at the intersection of Bell and 10th streets. According to the Mt. Vernon Fire Department, emergency personnel arrived at the scene of the accident shortly after 1:30 p.m. No further information was immediately available from police.
