Red Cross announces June blood drives

Staff Report

The American Red Cross has announced blood drives scheduled for Jefferson County during the month of June.

A drive will be held from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on June 4 at Crossroads Community Hospital; on June 8 from 3 to 7 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon; on June 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Health Care Center; on June 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Jefferson County Farm Bureau; on June 18 from 2 to 6:30 p.m. at the Dix Community Center; on June 18 from 2 to 7 p.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon; on June 19 from 2 to 7 p.m. at Times Square Mall, and on June 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. sponsored by WSIL-TV3; on June 22 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Opdyke Baptist Church; on June 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Outland Airport; on June 25 from 2 to 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Mt. Vernon; and on June 29 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Free Will Baptist Church in Waltonville.
