n Terri T. Loucks, 46, of Sesser, was charged with retail theft for allegedly taking slippers from Deals on Dec. 11, 2008.

n Ronald L. Watson, 41, of Calumet City, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a metal drug pipe on May 1.

n Samantha J. Forrest, 18, of the 600 block of Lamar Avenue, was charged with obstructing a peace officer for allegedly walking toward a person being arrested and grabbing a bottle of alcohol from him while in custody and refused to step away from the person being arrested on May 2.

n Demetrius D. Goss, 37, of the 400 block of South 15th Street, was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling and threatening a woman while in the 600 block of Lamar Avenue on April 29.

n Bryan K. Haynes, 17, of the 16500 block of North Illinois Highway 37, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis for allegedly having under 2.5 grams of the drug on May 2.

n Elige J. Jamar III, 23, of Markham, was charged with obstructing a peace officer for allegedly giving a police officer a false name during an investigation on May 2.

n Calvin E. James, 22, of Chicago, was charged with criminal trespass to state supported land for allegedly going onto property belonging to the Housing Authority of Jefferson County on May 2.

n Dewayne A. Moore, 18, of the 750 block of South 10th Street, was charge with criminal trespass to state supported land for allegedly going onto property belonging to the Housing Authority of Jefferson County on May 2.

n Steven W. Shick, 37, of the 15300 block of East Tolle Road, was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling and beating on the doors and windows of a home on May 2.

n Eugenia A. Timothy, 18, of the 400 block of South 27th Street, was charged with resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct for allegedly walking away from police officers during an investigation and for yelling and threatening a woman on April 30.

n Brian R. Flenard, 21, of the 1100 block of Shawnee Street, was charged with resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct for allegedly pulling away from officers while being handcuffed and for threatening a woman on June 7.

n Rodney E. Taylor, 37, of the 18300 block of East Sandpiper Road, was charged with two counts of domestic battery for allegedly whipping a family member with a horse whip on June 9.

n Dameron D. Rollins, 22, of the 1100 block of South 26th Street, was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly threatening and harassing a couple on May 3.

n Jeffrey J. Jimenez, 21, of the 1100 block of South 26th Street, was charged with resisting a peace officer for allegedly yelling at a man and trying to continue to fight with him after officers told him to move back on May 8.

n John W. Hunt II, 29, of Hanford, Calif., was charged with criminal trespass to real property for allegedly entering properly on North Fifth Street on May 2.

n Michael R. Copley, 28, of Brookport, was charged with retail theft for allegedly taking a pair of men’s shoes from Sears on May 10.

n Randy L. Finney, 21, of Irvington, was charged with retail theft for allegedly taking a Hungry Man dinner and a beef and bean burrito from Wal-Mart on May 27.

n Danesha L. Cooper, 24, of the 1700 block of Logan Street, was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly cursing, yelling and exposing her backside to a woman on May 10.

n Brian J. Scott, 43, of the 1100 block of North 11th Street, was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer for allegedly arguing with a woman and grabbing her arm, and then fleeing the scene before an arrest could be made on May 8.

n James L. Phyfiher, 28, of the 10500 block of South Eggleston, was charged with domestic battery for allegedly hitting a family member on the head with his hand on June 10.

Murphy, 37, of the 2500 block of Benton Road, was charged with two counts of unlawful violation of an order of protection and two counts of disorderly conduct for allegedly threatening and harassing a woman on May 19 and May 20 and then violating an order of protection by sending her text messages on May 20 and June 7.

n Kyle W. Zemeskes, 17, of the 14600 block of North Maysville Lane, was charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling and threatening a person and breaking the windows on a vehicle on May 7.

Graham, 42, of the 15400 block of North Stone Lane was charged with domestic battery enhanced, battery, unlawful interference with the report of domestic violence, resisting a peace officer and criminal trespass to real property for allegedly punching a family member in the face, punching a man, trying to prevent the emergency call from the alleged victims, for refusing to put his feet in the squad car and for going onto Quality Time Campground property on June 9.
