MT. VERNON — — Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White and the Jesse White Tumblers demonstrated their high-flying acrobatics for almost 200 people in Mt. Vernon attending the 25-year celebration of the Southtown Family Center on Tuesday. Guest speakers and testimonials from those who have benefited from the center commended it for making a difference in tens of thousands of children’s lives.
