Together with their families, Caleb Wayne Talley and Sarah Elizabeth Hester announce their engagement.
The future bride is the daughter of James and Cheryl Hester of Mt. Vernon. She is a 2005 graduate of Mt. Vernon Township High School, a 2007 graduate from Rend Lake College with a certification in cosmetology and a secondary certification as a cosmetology instructor. She is a stylist and co-owner of Rock Paper Scissors Salon in Mt. Vernon.
The groom is the son of Wayne Talley and Susan Staples of Mt. Vernon. He is a 2001 graduate of Mt. Vernon Township High School and a 2007 graduate of Southern Illinois University - Carbondale with a bachelor’s degree in business. He is employed at Continental Tire the Americas in Mt. Vernon.
The couple will be marrid Oct. 20 at Boyd Christian Church.
