Relay For Life Day set

Crossroads Community Hospital will be hosting a Relay For Life Day on Friday. A silent auction will be held from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Executive Conference Room; a carwash and bake sale hosted by the nurses will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the parking lot of the medical office building; a cookout will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the front courtyard and there will be basket raffles in the main lobby all day.

The menu for the cookout includes hamburgers or cheeseburgers, hot dogs, bratwurst, baked beans, broccoli cauliflower salad, potato chips, nachos and cheese.



Hawkins Reunion

The Everett and Etta (Cooper) Hawkins reunion will be held on June 7 at the Irvington Community Building. Doors will open at noon. A potluck meal will be held at 1 p.m. Bring your favorite dish to share. Plates, napkins, utensils, cups, iced tea and lemonade will be provided.
