MT. VERNON —
Georgia Ann Moore, 68, of McLeansboro, died 10:37 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at her home.
She was born Nov. 16, 1943, in Sims, the daughter of George and Della Elizabeth (Thomason) Hargraves. She married John Moore; he preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons, John L. Moore and wife Missy of Benton, David Moore of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Paul Moore of McLeansboro and James Moore and wife Jennifer of Keenes; her sisters and brother, James Hargraves of Fairfield, Betty Riley of Christopher and Sue Hargraves of Christopher; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Charles Hargraves; and a sister, Ella Frances Jones.
Mrs. Moore was a member of Macedonia Methodist Church. She was a home maker.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Macedonia Methodist Church with the Rev. Gary Whipple officiating.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. Monday until the time of services at the church.
Gholson Funeral Home of McLeansboro is in charge of the arrangements.
