Billy D. Flanigan, 53, of Bluford, died Jan. 22, 2013, at Way-Fair Restorium.
He was born Aug. 26, 1959, in Mt. Vernon.
He is survived by his brothers, Terry Flangian of Benton, Ky., and George Flangian of Big Rock; a sister, Diania White of Bluford; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a laborer.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. today at Salem Free Will Baptist Church in Bluford with the Rev. Karen Blank-Ewell officiating. Burial will be at Salem Materr Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 9 a.m. today at Salem Free Will Church.
