Kenneth E. Oliver, 82, of Mt. Vernon, passed away at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at Nature Trail Health Care Center in Mt. Vernon.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Casey Avenue Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon with Pastor Jerry Montgomery officiating.
