Russell Eugene Graham, 44, of Mt. Vernon, passed away at 10:55 p.m. on March 14, 2010, at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.
He was born in Poplar Bluff, Mo., on Aug. 14, 1965, a son of Roy and Frieda (Cates) Graham. He married Traci Brown on March 31, 1995, in Las Vegas.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Osborn Funeral Home in Dix. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Russell is survived by his wife, Traci Graham of Bonnie; son, Adam Ray; stepchildren, Maquel and Christian Carter of Bonnie; a brother, James Graham and wife Kimberly of Indiana; sisters, Debra Marshall and husband Jay of Mt. Vernon, Wilma Jo Schmitt and husband Joseph of Lebanon and Linda Vannatta and husband Timothy of Dix; eight nephews; four nieces; 12 great-nieces; and eight great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Russell attended Mt. Vernon Township High School.
