Capps leads Woodlawn past West Richland

WAYNE CITY — Woodlawn’s girls basketball team beat West Richland 56-46 Saturday in the Midland Trail Conference Tournament consolation bracket.

Alexa Capps led the Lady Cardinals with 28 points. She added 10 rebounds and five assists along with three steals.

Carly Ethridge added 12 points and four rebounds. Autumn Urbanski finished with six points. Other scorers for the Lady Cardinals were: Makaila Ballard four, Catherine Coleman three and Kerstie Harlow three.
