MT. VERNON — Talia Campbell shot a 43 and Lexie Shoemaker added a 48 as the Lady Rams golf team finished third in a four-team meet Wednesday at Green Hills Golf Club.
Mt. Vernon finished with a team score of 196, behind first-place Nashville (181) and second-place Centralia (183). Breese Central finished fourth with a team score of 213.
Danielle Forrest shot a 49 for the Lady Rams, who also got a 56 from Karley Moore, a 58 from Rachel Bumpus and a 66 from Annalee Schuette.
Nashville’s Anica Shores was the match medalist after firing a 37.
