Gabe Owens had a record-setting performance in Woodlawn’s 66-40 Friday win against Carmi-White County.
Owens canned 10 3-pointers and tallied 30 points to lead all scorers.
Kris Harlow finished with eight points. Both Jayson Hapeman and Logan Isaac added seven.
Harlow led the Cardinals with six rebounds, and Gabe Owens added five. Gabe Owens and Harlow led the team with three assists each.
Woodlawn built a 32-22 halftime edge and outscored Carmi 15-4 in the final quarter.
Woodlawn is the top-ranked team in 1A and improved to 18-2 this season. The Cardinals are currently on a 15-game winning streak.
