Chad Schott and Ty Tinsley chat at The Happening Halloween party Thursday. The Happening is a new event at the Cedarhurst Center for the Arts, which is focused on exposing art to everyone over 21, said Carrie Schott, director of the Cedarhurst Creative Arts Center. The Halloween party was the Happening’s second get-together.
